GBH Law Expands its Dispute Resolution Team - GBH Law

GBH Law, a niche legal practice based in Godalming which specialises in advising business clients, are delighted to announce that Simone Horrobin has joined the dispute resolution team as an associate director.

Simone is an experienced solicitor specialising in commercial disputes.  Her practice encompasses general litigation and dispute resolution in all forms including real estate disputes, insolvency, fraud, injunctions, shareholder disputes, commercial and contractual disputes, contentious intellectual property (particularly copyright and trademark issues) and mediation.   Simone is also a fluent Japanese speaker having lived, studied and worked in Japan.  She is a member of the Japanese Law Association and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry in the United Kingdom (JCCI). 

Simone trained and qualified at Laytons LLP before moving to Downs Solicitors in Godalming in 2009.  She now joins Hamish Cameron Blackie at GBH Law to support and expand the dispute resolution team.  Simone said: “I am looking forward to joining the GBH team and to working with Hamish, who has a very impressive reputation as an excellent commercial litigator.”
