GBH advise on the sale of ProActive Prosthetics Ltd - GBH Law
Denise Herrington led the GBH Law Corporate Team, with support from Chloe Wallington, on the recent sale of a specialist prosthetics business, ProActive Prosthetics Ltd to Ability Matters Group Ltd.
Commenting on the deal Denise said: “I have known Richard and Tania for many years, so I was delighted to be entrusted with the sale of their business which concluded this month. These are exciting times, and the acquisition offers fantastic opportunities to both PPL and Ability Matters, and whilst ProActive Prosthetics will continue to remain very much focussed on the development of the practice there will be multiple benefits arising as a result of it being part of a larger group.”
