Congratulations to our newly qualified solicitor Victoria Wootton

We are pleased to announce that Victoria Wootton has successfully qualified as a Solicitor into our Employment team.

Victoria began her training contract with GBH Law in September 2022 after graduating from the University of Reading with a First-Class degree in Law. Victoria then completed her LPC and LLM at the University of Law, achieving a distinction in both. Having successfully completed her training contract, working across GBH Law’s Corporate, Commercial, Employment, Dispute Resolution, and Commercial Property teams, she has now qualified into the firm’s Employment team, from 25 September 2024.

Victoria specialises in drafting contracts of employment and policies and procedures. She advises clients on their internal grievance and disciplinary processes and drafts and advises employers and employees on the terms and effect of Settlement Agreements. She handles all aspects of contentious work both within the Employment team and as part of the Dispute Resolution team, preparing for trials and attending and assisting at hearings in the Employment Tribunals and Civil Courts.

Andrea Tishler, Director commented “We are delighted that Victoria has successfully completed her training contract and will be joining our Employment team. Her appointment will further strengthen our offering to clients needing Employment law advice and I very much look forward to continuing to work with her.”
