GBH Law advises on the sale of shares in Battery Service Hub - GBH Law

Independent Surrey law firm GBH Law is pleased to announce that it has advised on the sale of 51%
of the shares in Pegasus Battery Group Limited, the holding company of Battery Service Hub, a
leading supplier of industrial batteries, to Slovenian company TAB d.d.

Battery Service Hub has enjoyed a successful collaboration with the TAB Group over the past few
years, built on trust and shared values. This has now evolved into a strategic partnership, growing
TAB Group further and strengthening its presence in the UK.

The GBH Law corporate team, led by Kate Doody, advised the shareholders in Battery Service Hub on
all aspects of the sale and ongoing relationship between the shareholders. Kate was supported by
Clare Stephens, associate, as well as Kathryn Shaw, Director in the commercial property team and
Helen Stone, Director in the Employment team.
