Laura Brennand qualifies as a Solicitor
This week, Laura Brennand qualified as a solicitor and has officially joined our Corporate team.
Prior to qualification, Laura built a strong foundation through nearly five years of experience in private practice, working across multiple legal disciplines. This breadth of exposure has equipped her with a well-rounded, practical approach and a versatile skill set that she brings to her work with clients.
Alongside her professional practice, Laura is a Legal Mentor with the University of Law’s Legal Mentoring Scheme. In this role, she provides one-to-one support to law students, offering guidance on examinations, applications, and career development, and helping mentees build confidence as they progress towards legal practice.
We are delighted that she has chosen to continue building her career with GBH Law, and we look forward to seeing her thrive in this next chapter.
Kate Doody, Director and head of corporate adds: I am delighted that Laura has joined our corporate and commercial team as a qualified solicitor. Throughout her training contract Laura has worked hard to develop her understanding of corporate, employment and commercial property law. She has a natural ability to communicate clearly and calmly with clients and colleagues, and is a real pleasure to have in the office and the team. I’m looking forward to seeing her develop further as a lawyer as she gains more experience, and to introducing her to more of our clients and contacts.”
