GBH Law advise on sale of Interflight Technical Services Limited - GBH Law

Aviation Asset Management Limited (AAM) has purchased Interflight Technical Services Limited from Mountfitchet Group, separating the Biggin Hill-based maintenance company from the private jet operator, Voluxis (formerly Interflight Air Charter), after eight years.

Commenting on the sale, George Rolls, Chairman of Voluxis, said: “We felt that this was the right time to leave Interflight in someone else’s hands.  We are delighted that it is Andrew and AAM, as we feel that they are the perfect partners for this having been active in the jet engineering and maintenance space for a number of years. We intend to still work closely with Interflight for our technical and maintenance needs as we know how excellent their team is.”

Kate Doody, who advised the Mountfitchet Group on the sale, commented:  “Congratulations to all involved in this transaction.  It was a pleasure to work with George and the Mountfitchet team on this deal and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for Interflight in the hands of its new owner.”
