GBH Law awarded Winners at the Insider Media South East Dealmakers Awards 2025 - GBH Law
We are thrilled to announce that we have been crowned Winners of the Insider Media Deal of the Year (sub £10m) category at the Insider Media South East Dealmakers Awards 2025.
The award recognised our Corporate team’s significant part in advising the shareholders of Semmco on their recent sale to international industry company HAKI Safety. The transaction involved a very tight turnaround, some complex international elements and several commercial property-related issues which drew on the significant experience of our team.
The awards celebrate the cream of the corporate finance sector in the South East region and were fiercely competitive. The judges had this to say about our entry:
