The corporate team at GBH Law have advised on the sale of DigitalXRAID Ltd to Limerston Capital, a UK mid-market private equity investment firm.
DigitalXRAID, a cyber security services specialist headquartered in Doncaster, was founded by Rick Jones and Scott Goodwin in 2015 and will now become part of Limerston’s cyber security platform business. This marks a significant milestone in DigitalXRAID’s continued growth and ambition to become a leader in cyber security services in the UK.
Rick Jones, CEO of DigitalXRAID, commented: “Scott and I are excited to drive the business forward in partnership with Limerston, and to move onto the next stages of success.
