GBH Law Advises Menzies LLP on merger with Haines Watts Wales LLP - GBH Law
GBH Law has advised Menzies LLP, a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm, on its merger with Cardiff based Haines Watts Wales LLP.
The deal enhances Menzies’ existing Business Recovery and Advisory services by adding Audit, Accounts and Tax to the offering in Wales. Both firms share the same values, combining the expertise of a larger firm with the personal service of a local practice, and a deep understanding of the Welsh market and business landscape. The merger marks a key milestone in Menzies’ growth journey, as they move towards reaching £85 million in revenue this financial year, double what they achieved just five years ago.
