GBH Law welcomes Sara Kennedy to its Employment Department

Sara is an experienced solicitor in the GBH Law employment team, advising on the full spectrum of employment law issues.

With extensive experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters, Sara provides practical, commercially focused advice tailored to her clients’ needs.

Sara advises on day-to-day employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, performance management, sickness absence, and the drafting and review of employment documentation. She also has significant experience supporting employers through workplace restructures, including advising on collective redundancy consultations. In addition, Sara advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE transfers.

Sara qualified as a solicitor in 2009, and before joining GBH Law she worked at a boutique law firm in London, which specialised in providing cross-border legal advice. Sara is bilingual; in addition to English, she speaks fluent Danish and is a member of the board of trustees of a Danish charity in London.
