GBH Law shortlisted for Insider Media South East Dealmakers Awards - GBH Law
We are delighted to announce that GBH Law has been shortlisted for the Insider Media South East Dealmakers Awards 2025 in the Deal of the Year (sub £10m) category.
The awards recognise significant work and achievements of firms in the South East region and we are very proud that our Corporate team’s part in advising the shareholders of Semmco on their recent sale to international industrial company HAKI Safety has been recognised by the judges. This transaction involved a very tight turnaround, some complex international elements and several commercial property-related issues which drew on the significant experience of our team.
The winners will be revealed at a black-tie awards ceremony and dinner, taking place at the end of February at G Live in Guildford so we have our fingers firmly crossed for more good news then!
