GBH Advises Menzies on Merger with Beever and Struthers - GBH Law
GBH Law has advised long standing client and leading accountancy firm, Menzies LLP, on its merger with Beever and Struthers, announced in August 2025.
The merger creates a national firm with a combined workforce of more than 1,000 professionals and an annual fee income of £110 million and brings together two independent firms united by shared values — a people-first approach, long-term client relationships, and partner-led service delivery.
This strategic combination strengthens the firms’ national presence, expanding their reach across regions and sectors while enhancing the breadth and depth of services available to clients. Together, Menzies and Beever and Struthers will continue to support businesses and individuals in achieving their goals.
