GBH advises on acquisition of local accountancy practice - GBH Law
GBH Law has advised the equity partners of Roffe Swayne on their recent acquisition by Azets, a Top 10 UK accountancy firm and largest SME regional practice across Europe.
The combination of the Azets office in Guildford and Roffe Swayne, now trading as Azets, creates a significant local professional services firm serving businesses and individuals across Surrey and the South East.
Denise Herrington, lead partner at GBH Law, commented: “The team at GBH Law were delighted to work alongside partners Mark Leigh, Sharon Ward, Jeremy Gardner and Linda Warner to help them achieve this strategic move, which marks the next step in the development of their practice. Both firms are well known and respected in the region for the quality of service they deliver and their expertise. The two offices in Guildford and Godalming will create something special for both clients and the local business community alike. I look forward to working with them as they move from strength to strength.”
On working with GBH Law, Mark Leigh commented: “Denise and the team at GBH did a great job for us and we are very appreciative of the advice and support to us throughout the process.”
