GBH Law Advises on sale of Arculus to leading CNI cyber security specialist, Bridewell
GBH Law is pleased to announce that it has advised the shareholders of Arculus Cyber Security, a highly accredited, public sector cyber security specialist, on the sale of the company to Bridewell, a leading cyber security partner for CNI organisations, as well as organisations operating in other sectors that require the highest standard of cyber security.
The acquisition will open new opportunities for the Arculus team by leveraging Bridewell’s wider range of cyber and managed security services, and will strengthen Bridewell’s public sector footprint, enabling the expansion of their end-to-end cyber security offering for clients across the globe. Founders, Cath Downie, Paul Ellis and Austin France, will all stay with the business to help drive growth.
