GBH Law advises shareholders on sale of Sevenoaks Physiotherapy Limited to Xcel Health Group Ltd
GBH Law is pleased to announce that it has advised the shareholders of Sevenoaks
Physiotherapy Limited on the sale of their company, which provides primarily physiotherapy
but also other allied healthcare activities from their clinic in Sevenoaks to Xcel Health Group
Ltd, who will be adding the Sevenoaks clinic to their four other clinics around Kent.
Sevenoaks Physiotherapy Limited has been running their successful business from Manor
Clinic in Sevenoaks high street for over 10 years, and has helped restore, maintain and
enhance the physical activity and wellbeing of their clients with their provision of specialist
therapies.
The purchase of Sevenoaks Physiotherapy Limited by Xcel Health Group Ltd represents an
exciting new step in the development of the business.
Commenting on the deal, Stephen Searby, a shareholder of Sevenoaks Physiotherapy
