GBH Law Advises on the purchase of Tara RoadAir Limited by TRA UK Holdings Ltd
GBH Law is pleased to announce that it has advised TRA UK Holdings Ltd on the purchase of Tara RoadAir Limited, a leading freight transport company in Derbyshire.
Tara RoadAir was established in 2002 at East Midland Airport providing air freight transport, and since then has expanded its transport provisions, moved to a new operational HQ in Melbourne and has been providing freight services to customers throughout the UK.
The purchase of Tara RoadAir by TRA UK Holdings represents an exciting new step in the development of the business.
