Nicola brings over 15 years’ experience advising on complex commercial and data-driven matters, with particular expertise in commercial contracts, information law, artificial intelligence, GDPR and data protection compliance.
She advises businesses at every stage of a commercial project – from strategic planning and risk assessment through to the preparation and negotiation of heads of terms, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, standard terms and conditions, and bespoke agreements. Nicola is known for delivering clear, pragmatic advice that enables clients to make confident and commercially sound decisions.
