• Advising the shareholders of Business Data Partners Ltd, a UK based specialist data management and  analytics business, on the sale to Talan Corporate, an international business based across four continents
• Advising shareholders in the restructuring of their property owning group into separate business structures to enable share ownership between different members of the family group for succession planning
• Advising Condor Gold, an AIM listed gold exploration and development company with assets in Nicaragua, on  a recent placing, raising £6.6 million
