Kathryn Shaw

After training with Davies Arnold Cooper Solicitors in London where her interest in commercial property work was sparked, Kathryn qualified as a solicitor in 1997.

She specialises in all aspects of commercial property law acting for a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses, charities and banks. Her work involves her in acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant work, residential and commercial development work (including complicated option arrangements), secured lending and support on the property aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions. She is extremely thorough in her approach to her work but also understands the commercial realities involved in getting the job done and enjoys working alongside her clients to achieve their objectives in as timely and uncomplicated a manner as possible.
