Parent Contracts – Time for a Review?
It is always sensible to revisit and review your Parent Contracts on a regular basis to make sure that they reflect recent legal developments and changes and work as best as they can for your School. This is even more important now as we all grapple with the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.
GBH Raises £937 for MacMillan
During September 2020 the team at GBH Law raised a total of £937 for MacMillan Cancer Care.
Seven members of the team took on the 10 days 5k challenge, running or walking 5 km every day for 10 consecutive days.
Following Fair Procedures- A Cautionary Tale
I frequently give advice to employers about the risks of not following scrupulously fair disciplinary procedures, even in cases which look like a slam-dunk. Occasionally they look on me with eyes of disbelief as I explain that following procedures avoids unanticipated future problems. Then every so often a case comes along that proves the point.
Office Re-opening
Today marks the first official day back in the office since we closed the doors on 23 March. Over the last 6 months our directors and staff have, along with the rest of the world, been mainly working from home. Throughout that time, we have continued to work with our clients, old and new, and provide exceptional legal support and advice and client service. As a firm we also virtually celebrated Christine’s retirement at the end of April and, more recently, our 10-year anniversary.
